Barre
Barre is a ballet-inspired workout. It incorporates ballet positions, elements from Pilates, stretching, and functional strength training to improve strength, posture, flexibility, endurance, and muscle definition. In addition to a barre, we use resistance bands, exercise balls, and hand weights and focus on small pulsing movements with an emphasis on body alignment, posture, form, and core engagement.
