Barre or Chair
Barre is a ballet inspired workout. It incorporates ballet positions, elements from Pilates, stretching and functional strength training to improve strength, posture, flexibility, endurance and muscle definition. In addition to a barre we use resistance bands, exercise balls and hand weights and focus on small pulsing movements with emphasis on body alignment, posture, form and core engagement. If you have never taken a Barre class this is a perfect class to start in and we encourge you to take this class before taking a Barre Hiit class.
