Hey there!
Who else has been embracing change? I’m usually very rigid with my workouts routine but lately I’ve found myself rolling with the changes and challenging myself in ways I haven’t in a while, which is good for me!
I’ve even filmed myself which actually had benefited me and my form in ways I didn’t expect.
I’m encouraging everyone to get out there and try a class you haven’t in a while and work your body in a way you haven’t to keep you on your toes. It does wonders!
